At PayPerGrowth, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and results. We understand that circumstances may require service adjustments or cancellations. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle such situations fairly for both parties.
PPC Management Services (Google Ads & Bing Ads)
Monthly Management Fees:
- Management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, as our team dedicates resources to campaign management from day one
- If you cancel within the first 7 days and no campaigns have been launched, a full refund of the management fee will be issued
- Setup fees are non-refundable once the account audit and strategy work has commenced
Ad Spend:
- Ad spend is paid directly to Google/Microsoft and is governed by their respective refund policies
- PayPerGrowth does not handle or refund ad spend as it is not paid to us
- We will assist you in pausing campaigns and contacting platforms for any applicable credits
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMM, Content)
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Work completed (content created, links built, posts published) is non-refundable
- If services have not begun for the upcoming month, that month's fee is fully refundable
- Cancellation requires 15 days notice before the next billing cycle
Web Development & Design Services
- Before design phase: Full refund of advance payment minus a ₹5,000 consultation fee
- During design phase: 50% refund of the total project cost if cancelled before development begins
- During development: Refund is calculated based on work not yet completed, at our discretion
- After delivery: No refund once the final website/project is delivered and approved
- All deliverables completed up to cancellation date will be handed over to the client
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with our service quality within the first 30 days:
- We will work with you to identify and address specific concerns
- If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we offer a pro-rated credit towards future services
- In exceptional cases where service delivery was significantly below agreed standards, a partial refund may be considered at management's discretion
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Email us at billing@paypergrowth.com with your account details and reason for cancellation
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Refund eligibility will be assessed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with results that are within normal industry variance (paid marketing cannot guarantee specific outcomes)
- Account suspensions caused by client's non-compliance with platform policies
- Delays caused by client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals
- Services rendered correctly but not achieving desired results due to external factors (market conditions, competition, etc.)
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Request escalation to senior management within 7 days of the decision
- We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days
- All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to Mumbai courts jurisdiction
